Doing something you're good at, such as cooking or dancing, is a good way to enjoy yourself and have a sense of achievement. Try to avoid things that seem enjoyable at the time but make you feel worse afterwards, such as drinking too much alcohol or eating junk food. Self-esteem is the way you feel about yourself.

The best way to improve your self-esteem is to treat yourself as you'd treat a valued friend, in a positive but honest way. Notice when you're putting yourself down, such as thinking, "You're so stupid for not getting that job", and instead think, "Would I say that to my best friend? Also I know things will get better because there are so many fast food chains out there that I love, like Mcdonalds. This isn't a joke, even though it's funny, I'm serious.

Those are things to be grateful for :. Leave post-it notes and other positive messages around the house in your journal and other places to remind you its going to get better and you will make it. By looking at the positive things is life, and remembering that you are the one making it better. You can choose to focus on the positive things that will make you feel good and talk to people about how you feel.

Remember that we grow all the time, and that everybody is worth a great life. Keep a box and every time you have a problem and you overcome it write down the experience and when you feel like your back is against the wall just read them.

Look at the time that things were worse, you probably have gotten better in at least one field of your life, now it is up to you to continue that change in all aspects of life. When people face tough circumstances in life, everything can seem so hopeless that its hard to imagine that you can ever make it out. I like to remember that things will get better by doing small insignificant things that make me laugh or feel accomplished.

When I feel particularly sad, I hang out with my friends and we do something fun together like play games over zoom. Or on days where I feel really sad and don't feel motivated to do anything, I watch stand-up comedy by John Mulaney or Hasan Minaj and then I make myself do accomplish two things in a day. For example, one particularly sad day, my goals were get out of bed and do the laundry. For me, much of this is communication of the vision, and establishing expectations at the steps.

Lead people through the thought process so they funds to the same conclusion. Show them how they will need involved in the implementation of it… And show how as a team we are going to measure and prove the value of better.

Performance goes down before it goes up for a couple of reasons. Initially you are trying t0 do your regular job while learning new skills. Your focus is divided and performance suffers. Learning any new behavior takes times. It takes time to work out the bugs before performance increase. I have been involved in several major and minor organizational changes. Who needs to change and why?

What specific changes are required? Is the person or people able and motivated to change? Who will help and support the person make the needed changes? How will you handle the resistors? The important thing to realise is that you can control them and they are your thoughts and if you put the below into action then you will be one step closer to making your life better in the future.

I know sometimes life is hard and it is really difficult to see that things will get better too. But you do have to move forward and as quickly as you can.
