If your service record is clean, and you have a good reputation with your chain of command, your request is more likely to be considered. In fact, many of the specialties require civilian-based credentials and training to operate effectively.

Bragg said soldiers can select up to three MOSs as candidates for reclassification, but the overriding factor in HRC's decision to approve a reclassification will be based on Army requirements.
