This is holy grail. Doesn't burn, takes all of my mascara off, doesn't leave a residue. Highly recommend. It works very well as a makeup remover, for both your face and for eye makeup. Definitely recommend. I love how gentle this one is and I feel like it never breaks me out. I'd recommend buying some reusable Halo cotton rounds to avoid using disposable cotton pads.
I always use this as my first step in my evening cleansing routine when I'm wearing eye makeup. I will use cleanser afterwards since like any micellar water or oil cleanser, it isn't intended to wash off makeup without a second cleanse.

You can control it through the app or through the single button on the device which can be used to set the intensity. I like doing my treatments without the app but I did use it to register the Bear and familiarize myself with it. It is also great for travel when washing is impracticable as it cleans without rinsing.
Safe for the eye area as well. I have mature, sensitive, acne prone skin. This is a great alternative to using makeup wipes. It is extremely effective. It is much more cost-effective than spending so much on makeup wipes every month.
